Front Office Team:

Susan – Office Manager

Susan is the office manager for Dr. Bigman’s office and has been with the office since 2001. She is the proud mother of Katie and Erik and enjoys spending her time outdoors with them going hiking, swimming and horseback riding. She is also the coach for her son's soccer team and pursuing her MBA. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the office and always enjoys answering any questions that you may have.

Debbie – Scheduling Coordinator

Debbie is the scheduling coordinator for Dr. Bigman’s office and the friendly voice you will hear when you call the office. She joined the team in August of 2010 and enjoys the warm and fun environment in the office. Outside of the office she enjoys camping, gardening and antiquing with her husband, Danny. They have two sons: Zack who is an executive chef and Jake who is married to Maya and has blessed them with their first granddaughter, Savanah.

Rosa – New Patient Coordinator

Rosa is our new patient coordinator and assists Dr. Bigman with all patient exams. She is an expert at explaining all of the steps of treatment as well as finances and insurance. She joined the team in 2006 and was drawn to working in an orthodontic office after having a great experience with orthodontic treatment herself. She is the proud mother of two boys, Michael and Philip, and is happiest when watching them play baseball. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Grace – Financial Coordinator

Grace is the financial coordinator and answers all of your questions pertaining to finances, payments, and flexible spending. She joined the team in 2007 after spending years doing corporate finance and enjoys the personable interaction with the families in the practice. In her free time she enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband, Jim.

Lilly – Insurance Coordinator

Lilly is our insurance coordinator and insurance expert, so she is able to answer any questions that may come up regarding benefits or insurance. She and her husband, Grant, have three children: Nick, who works here as well, Jordan, and Ariana. Everyone in Lilly’s family has been treated by Dr. Bigman. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Kelli – Community Relations

Kelli is the community relations liaison for the practice and is responsible for all of the fun games and decorations in our office. She is married to her college sweetheart, Doug, and they have two children, Lily and Hayden. Both of her children were patients of Dr. Bigman’s before she started working here in 2006. She just couldn’t get enough of being here and we needed someone with her creative skills. She has been a great addition to the office. Outside of work she enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with her family.

Clinical Team:

Darya – Clinical Coordinator

Darya is a registered dental assistant as well as the clinical coordinator for the office. She has been with the office since 2001 and enjoys getting to know the patients and their families. She is married to Jason and they have a daughter named Alyssa. The family has a love for dogs, and recently added third dog to their family. Darya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going skiing, swimming, and barbecuing.

Mia – Orthodontic Assistant

Mia is a registered dental assistant and has been with Dr. Bigman’s office since 1995. She enjoys the field of orthodontics and seeing transformation of our patients’ smiles. She is married and has three children who are all in treatment with Dr. Bigman. Outside of the office, Mia and her family are very involved with their church group. They are also devoted to spending time with the schools and the kids’ sports such as basketball, tennis, and gymnastics.

Martha – Orthodontic Assistant

Martha is a registered dental assistant and has been with Dr. Bigman’s office since 2004. She can be found in the clinical area assisting with all types of patient care. She is married and expecting her first child early next year. In her free time, Martha enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Nichole – Orthodontic Assistant and Sterilization Coordinator

Nichole is an orthodontic assistant and in charge of the sterilization within the office. She has been with the office since 2007 and loves the field of orthodontics. Nichole is engaged and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs. She comes from a large family of six kids and has a twin brother.

Adrienne – X-ray Coordinator

Adrienne is our X-ray technician and records coordinator. She is the kind face you will see whenever photographs or X-rays are needed. She has been a member of Dr. Bigman’s team since 2003 and has the pleasure of meeting all of the patients during their first visit to the office. She is married and has a daughter named Audrey. In her free time she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and crafting with her daughter. Her newest hobby is baking bread and the office is very happy trying all of the creations she bakes.

Nick – Sterilization Assistant

Nick is a college student and comes to work as our sterilization assistant in the afternoons. He was a patient long before he started working here and his mom, Lilly, is our insurance coordinator. He spends his free time doing some unusual hobbies such as collecting sneakers, cutting hair, eating out, and dancing.
